I filed my taxes and my refund was 414$. After both were accepted I realized I had to amend them. Now it says I owe 118$. Will the 414$ be taken away now?

I just want to know if the original refund that was deposited into my account will now be taken out of my account since I amended the return and now I owe 117$?

No. The original refund is not taken out of your account. Of the $414, you "owe back" $118.

You can send the amount owed along with your amendment with a payment voucher (1040-V).

You can get Form 1040-V and/or the mailing instructions directly from the IRS website. (Click the link) You can also pay your fees online https://www.irs.gov/payments.
