Take a look at the following TurboTax article for instructions: How do I check my e-file status?
Yeah, I know that. You're missing my point. When I go to IRS.GOV THEY DON'T HAVE MY STATUS!!! It says I entered the wrong information and then takes me to another screen where I add the date of filing and that I filed electronically and then I get a message saying to contact the person who filed my taxes or the software provider (that would be Turbo Tax) to see what is going on. The problem is, Turbo Tax give me no help, all I get is a recording that tells me the same BS you told me and when I call the IRS, there too I get a recording with no answers.
You can fill this form out for someone to call you. You want the DCN, the declaration control number. Once you have that, the IRS can trace your return. The IRS is 800-829-1040.
It's saying that for most people. It's not just you. The IRS is seriously behind and the IRS Where's my refund site is not working right. You have to be patient and keep waiting.
What's the DCN?
She said it after the letters.......the declaration control number
ANd where do I get that?
You have to call in and ask support. She posted a link to contact them.

What is the Turbo Tax phone number

Yeah, I've been trying to call Customer Service and all I get is recordings which don't help at all... That's why I tried to use this way of getting answers. I'm done with Turbo Tax. I've been a customer for at least 30 years and trying to get answers and information from Turbo Tax right now is terrible. I was offered a refund for this year's return but have yet to get it. I call in to speak to someone to get this detailed information and all I get is a recording that doesn't answer my questions. This is not what I have paid for and I need to go elsewhere in the future.
