I filed my taxes a few days ago using Turbo Tax Online Do It Yourself Premium 2025. I have a copy of my return, a paid receipt, but the return is NOT under my account.

I also saw an email come through on my phone about ten minutes after the return was filed saying the return had been rejected. I cannot find the email or the return. I don't know what to do.

To access the 2025 online account you created you must sign onto that account with the exact same User ID you used to create the account.

I did that. It shows my 2023 and 2024, but not the 2025. I have also tried logging in with any other email address I own to verify it wasn't under another address, but not there either.
