i filed my tax returns yesterday through TurboTax but I left off one of my 1098 mortgage interest statements/amounts. how do I amend the return?

Follow these instructions to Amend Your Return.

You do not need to amend your return if you did not itemize or if adding the 1098 will not increase your total itemized deductions to an amount greater than the standard deduction as it will not make a difference on your return.
