I filed my tax 2021 and used direct deposit but my bank never recieve the money

Did you have your fees deducted from your refund or did you pay with a debit/credit card?

Since you paid using your debit card,  you would need to contact the IRS. As the refund would have come direct from the IRS to your bank account.
