I filed my tax 11:30pm april 2017 but system is showing "you filed on april 19th, what is going on?

Local time zone is what controls the timeliness of your return.  So, as long as your filed on time in your time zone, then your return is on time.  The TurboTax report you are seeing shows EST because that is the time zone of the IRS office.  But, the internal transmission report will be timestamped with your local time.
