I filed my return efile (and was charged the fee). The website reports that my refund was mailed to me. Will I get a refund on the efile charge?

No. The fee is to prepare and file your tax return. 

If you selected to receive your refund via direct deposit, but the website now reports your refund was mailed, this is not a program error.
