I filed my 2025 tax return with TurboTax Home & Business and received an email confirmation of acceptance, but the IRS has no record. TurboTax will not help!

I have email confirmation and the 1040, but the IRS has no record of acceptance...

If you filed your return using TurboTax Home & Business Desktop Software, you can check your e-file status from the program.  

• Open your return, 
• Click on File in the menu bar at the top of the screen
• Select Check E-File status

You can also visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site to check if your e-filed return has been received.

Where are you looking at the IRS?   When did you file?  It may take a couple days to show up on IRS Where’s my refund.   Or you may be putting in the wrong info or refund amount.
