For TurboTax Online:
I reviewed your redacted diagnostic file and was able to view and print Form 1040X.
If you are using TurboTax Online. Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.
Hopefully, you will be able to print after this.

After deleting the cache and cookies I still get 2 blank pages and then 2 pages of 1040X instructions. I am using the desktop TurboTax Premier version but when I open TurboTax it says TurboTax Deluxe.
Try these fixes:
Try a different web browser: Sometimes specific settings or extensions can interfere with how a site loads.
Use Incognito/Private mode: This helps determine if cached data or cookies are causing the glitch.

I am using the desktop version so I don't think a browser is involved at all. How would using a different browser be used to open an already downloaded program?
I am having the same issue with the 1040X. I am using the desktop version of Turbotax Deluxe and the 1040X is blank when I print it. I get all other pages such as the instructions and the 1040 but the 1040X is blank. case # 1773420223559

Try the following before you open your tax return and print it:
Go out of your program and go back in.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Try a different Web Browser.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop make sure all updates have been run on your program. You can do this by clicking on "Online" in the black bar across the top of your TurboTax screen. And then select "Check for Updates".

I am having this same issue. Using TurboTax Home and Business Desktop Version. The 1040X in the PDF is blank. I have checked for updates and have no updates to install.
