I filed my 2022 returns on 1/31/2023, everything was accepted, IRS website shows Approved, where the heck is the REFUND ADVANCE LOAN I applied for? (Promised in 15 min)

What is really going on??? I would never have applied for the Advance Loan and opened a Credit Karma Money Spend account if it weren't for this, and I opted to have my Turbo Tax fees taken directly out of my refund, and it shows that it's paid, so how the heck did you guys take money to pay yourselves already if my refund advance loan isn't even here?? I'm confused., everything has gone through, I have been in contact with Turbo Tax Customer support, who directed me to contact Credit Karma, who then directed me to contact the IRS and Turbo Tax, which led to the same circle of instructions, can anyone give me a definitive response as to where my money is? I've been waiting 5 days now, and was promised it would be available within 15 minutes - 1 hour of the IRS accepting my returns..  I'm beginning to think someone has lied and is stealing my information or something else that's very shady. What is going on?????

Could you please verify you have a loan agreement in your paperwork. This would confirm you have applied for the loan. Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
