You can’t do it online. You have to buy the desktop version and mail the return.

NOTE:  The 2021 desktop software is no longer supported by TurboTax.   It's likely it cannot be updated, and that the license cannot be activated.  Do not try to purchase it on the Internet, eBay, etc.  It likely won't work, and the sale could be a scam to sell expired product or get personal info.

How was that prepared?   If you used Online TurboTax for a 2021 return, you "may" be able to find it in your account--if you use the same User ID to log in.    If you respond here that you used Online TurboTax in 2021, I'll tell you the steps to look for an online 2021 return you prepared with TurboTax, and how to look for multiple accounts, if necessary.
