If you already submitted your return, you won't be able to cancel or make any changes.
If the return has been accepted, wait until your return has been fully processes and you received your refund ( if you are expecting a refund ), then amend your return to add the
W-2 Form.
Follow the steps to amend your return:
I had to amend my 2018 tax return and it made me file my 2019, now I really do need to file my 2019 and cant. How do I go about doing that?

There is no 2020 tax return. If you filed the 2019 tax rerun and then added another W-2, delete the W-2 you entered. You cannot e-file the same 2019 tax return twice if the 2019 return has been already been filed.
Once a tax return has been e-filed it cannot be canceled, retrieved or changed.
If you have e-filed your tax return and need to change, add or delete information on the tax return then you will need to wait for the tax return to either be accepted or rejected by the IRS.
If the tax return is rejected then you can make your changes and re-file the tax return.
If the tax return is accepted then you will have to amend the tax return to make your changes. An amended tax return, Form 1040X, can only be printed, signed, dated and mailed by you to the IRS, it cannot be e-filed. The IRS will take up to 4 months to process the amended tax return. Wait until you have received the tax refund or the taxes owed have been paid and processed by the IRS before amending the tax return.
On the Tax Home web page when the the Form 1040X for amending a 2019 tax return becomes available there will be a link - Amend (change) return
Your years are mixed up. We are just filing 2019 returns now. We don't do 2020 until 2020 is over next December.
You must mean you needed to amend your 2018 return you filed in 2019. I can't tell what you actually did and what you need to do. Sounds like you still might need to amend 2018? If you accidentally filed a 2019 now and it gets accepted and it wasn't complete you will also need to amend 2019.
