I filed my 2020 taxes after the 3rd round of stimulus checks went out. I didn't qualify based on my 2019 taxes but I do qualify based on my 2020 taxes.

The IRS is still sending out Stimulus #3 payments in weekly batches, and will take a few weeks to complete them all. This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund. You can check the status here:

So is the IRS automatically updating the info with the current tax filing year even if I filed 2020 taxes after the checks went out?

I (using TT Premier) am receiving an error in my IL return that says: "Schedule EIC: IL EITC Box should be checked." I am not claiming EIC. I see no Schedule EIC in my forms. I have no dependents and make too much to qualify. Please advise.
