I filed my 2020 and 2019 taxes on turbo tax and now all that is showing up is the most recent for 2021 and 2022. where are my other tax year documents located?

I have the order number for when i paid for both those years but i dont have the actual documents

You probably have multiple accounts.

You have to sign onto your 2020 and 2019 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create those online accounts.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

My 2020 and 2019 are on a separate account. I was able to gain access to that account but it's not giving me the option to view any documents. It brings me to the start page that says, "Welcome to TurboTax" and then what to expect. If I select the intuit account and then go to products and billing, then select the first option for turbo tax it shows that they were purchased. However, when i select the blue link that says tax return and documents it brings me back to the welcome page and does not give an option to view the documents.

@amjo1993 You have to start a 2022 tax return using the same User ID that you used for the 2019 and 2020 online tax returns.

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
