I filed my 2019 taxes feb 13 2020. They had been accepted but I still have yet to receive my refund??!! What can I do to find out where it is?

You can contact the IRS or State about the processing of your return.  Once your return has been accepted & received by the IRS and/or State, TurboTax does not get any other information about the processing of your return.

For your Federal return, you can check the IRS Where's My Refund:

The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning. Do not press 1 for refund, press option 2 instead.
