I filed my 2019 tax on Feb 1 2020 and got corrected W-2C from my employer on Feb 25th 2020. The correction is employer contribution of $83. How/should I make amends ?

Yes, you will need to amend your 2019 tax return to report the corrected W-2.  I'm sharing a link to a TurboTax FAQ explaining how to amend your 2019 TurboTax Online return.  Follow the instructions carefully, as they are specific.  If you file a state return, remember to amend it, as well.   Please note that you'll need to print and mail your amended return.  Don't forget to sign the return(s).  

How do I amend my 2019 TurboTax Online return? 

The changes to your 2019 return should not affect your 2020 return.
