I filed my 2016 return today. When I download and print, it shows page 1 of the form. Where is the backup papers? My 2015 return has more pages behind the top cover sheet

The default choice for printing your return is “Forms filed with the government”.  You can log back into your return, and choose to print again. This time click on the drop down box and choose “Forms filed with the government plus all worksheets”.  That is most likely what you chose to print last year.
