I filed manually my Federal return a couple of weeks ago and I need to file the States returns only. What is the best way to do so?

You can mail in your state return since you did Federal through mail.  The only way you can e-file your State is if you e-filed your Federal return.  See how to print and mail your return below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713
