I filed lmy 2019 tax returns on 2/28/20. As of today, I have not received my $671 Kansas refund via direct deposit. How can I get this refund from Kansas?

State refunds can take a long time, especially in some states who are cracking down on ID theft.  Due to the Virus refunds may take even longer. 

When you log into your account, what is showing for the "return status" for the state return?   Does it say accepted, rejected, started, incomplete, printed, or ready to mail?
