I filed last night and accidentally put the wrong bank account for my payment to the IRS and my refund from Mass State. What should I do?

If you put the wrong account for your payment to the IRS, you can pay them directly through their Website here: https://www.irs.gov/payments.

As for as your MA refund, if the bank rejects the direct deposit, MA will mail you a paper check instead.
