Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

If you discover that your e-file was rejected or never filed, then you can fix the reason for the rejection and e-file it again or you can print sign and mail the return.
Thank you for replying. I sent in my refund via mail back in February. The number I input when requesting my status was specifically stated on TurboTax to be the Federal amount. My State refund came back quite some time ago, but my Federal refund has not yet.
Did you mail it in a separate envelope to the US Treasury? Some people have mailed both federal and state together by mistake.
It was definitely a separate envelope to the US treasury, using the address that is recommended on the paper you print out for mail in.
