I filed as single when I should have filed as head of household, and now I owe money. How do I amend my taxes?

I filed my 2020 taxes without realizing that I qualify as head of household, so I put single. How do I amend this?

Turbo Tax would have automatically switched you to Head of Household as soon as you entered a qualifying dependent. Do you have a child?

Who is a qualifying person for Head of Household

and you cannot amend until the end of March anyway, when Form 1040-X is available here.
