You'll need to amend your 2016 first, using your 2016 amended numbers.  You can look at 2017 and then carry it over to 2018.

To input your amended 2016 return:

If this is the first year you've used Turbo Tax, you can enter the carryovers in each section (i.e. long-term capital loss carryforward gets reported in Capital Loss Carryforward).

I've used turbo tax for 7-8 years.  The amended return for 2016 resulted in some business loss carryovers, etc.  I want to prepare my 2018 tax returns but need to update my turbo tax files with the 2016 information then see what effect that has on 2017 then carry that forward to my 2018.  What's the easiest way to do that?
