I filed an amended NY State tax return. I filed back in February.I have $200.00 coming back but have never received a refund.

Amended returns must be mailed in ... did you print, sign & mail in that amended return ?

According to NY State, amended returns can't be tracked on the refund website.  It also take approximately 12 weeks for an amended return just to be entered into their system.  You can try calling them to get the status.
