I filed an amended for federal and state (Georgia). It says to mail the federal, does that mean the amended state filed electronically?

Georgia amended returns can only be mailed, not e-filed.

See the form 500X (should be part of your PDF if you amended the Georgia return) or the Georgia Department of Revenue website for the mailing address.

Georgia amended returns can only be mailed, not e-filed.
