I filed almost 3 weeks ago there’s no information on my refund status on the irs website

You should be able to check your refund online within 24 hours after your return is accepted. Please ensure you are selecting the correct filing status as well as entering the correct amount of the refund. Enter the total amount before anything else is taken out including TurboTax fees if you were charged any, Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information on tracking your refund.
