I file my tax on January 28 and still didn't receive my refund yet and my brother got his already and we file the same day , why is that mine taking long ?

Hi. there are many things that can delay the processing of your refund. This year the PATH act is delaying refund processing on any return claiming Earned Income Credit until 2/15. If your return has EIC on it this can be the reason.
