The IRS does not have a process that will allow you to change your direct deposit information once you have filed. The refund will go to the account listed on your return. If there is an error, the IRS will issue you a paper check in the mail.

There is really no set time, but the IRS will issue it fairly promptly after they receive notice from the bank that the funds were unable to be deposited, or that they were sent to the wrong account.

It depends if you had your fees taken out by TT or if you paid upfront. If you had your fees taken out by TT your check will go to SBBT. You can check the status of your refund here https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ if it has been rejected by your bank SBBT will request you prove your identity. The checks from SBBT will come faster than a check from the IRS
