I e-file my 2019 taxes last week and put down the wrong number for the street address can I correct it even after they accepted my refund

No, you can not correct your address once you have efiled your return. If your refund is being deposited and not being sent as a check you will not have a problem with the error in your address. If the refund is being mailed to you it may be returned to the IRS for the incorrect address.

so it was mailed to the wrong address and returned to IRS, Do I have to call IRS to get my refund?
