I dont know if my refund is on the way i never mailed in my refund ?

When you log in to your account, what is the status of your Federal and State returns? If you log in and see an orange Take me to my return button or your State status is incomplete, you haven't finished your taxes.

Do i have to download and mail my rerurn in before i recieive my refund in the mail ?

Yes if you can't switch to e-filing. To check, please see How to change to e-file your return in TurboTax Online versions.

Otherwise, you will need to print the forms and mail them in yourself.
