I done a turbo tax advance and I haven’t gotten it

Even though it made you complete how the steps to get approved, did you receive an email that stated it was accepted and approved for the loan?

Did you receive an email stating that you were approved for the refund? TurboTax is offering the Refund Advance option to some people this tax season. The program will determine your eligibility and if you are eligible, it will give you an option for the loan when you are in the Filing section. If you did not see the option for the Refund Advance you were not eligible.
