If you did not register, pay or e-file, you can clear out the return and just abandon it without starting over. The reason you are not seeing the information from 2022 is that you are not using the same account. You have to use the same account in order to transfer 2022 in to 2023. If you want to recover your 2022 account and use that information for 2023:
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
