I don't want rps 34.99 just deposit in my account... Agreement shows rps charge?? how do I agree but not pay rps

I'm at the end agreement to get refunded directly to my bank account and turbo fee to be taken out of my refund, but I feel I may be charged for special green dot account -- how do I avoid this?

The 34.99 fee is added if you chose to have your state/turbo tax fees deducted from your tax return. To avoid this, simply pay the costs associated with filling up front.
