I don't think my 2016 refund is correct I need help finding out what I did wrong.

Click the "Contact" link at the top of the page.  Then click the "Contact Us" link.  Type your question and go through the steps to have a "help desk" person call you back.  If you want you can say in your question that you want a CPA to call you back.  After they call you, they can connect to your device and see your forms.  They cannot change anything, but they can see what is on your screen and will highlight things and walk with you to a resolution.
