I don't need the 8915E-T form I already claimed that on previous taxes. I answered no and it still says I need that form.

Turbo Tax keeps saying I need the 8915E-T form and I answered no

See if you are able to delete the Form 8915-E and file your tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

If you choose to report the distribution over the 3 year period and you transferred in the 2020 information then the program is waiting for the new form 8915-F which is what you must use for this year's portion of the distribution.
