I don't know the exact number from my 2018 tax refund, but I know it wasn't $0. What do I put?

I know there was a refund received as I bought a camcorder with it, but I don't remember the exact number and I don't want to get into trouble for putting something incorrect in. The documentation was lost while hastily moving out of an iffy situation.

You can use this link https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to recover your account with your phone number. If that doesn't work there is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate. 

If you still can't access your account, you can contact TurboTax Support for assistance by following this link https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/.

Do you need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019?  That is not your refund amount.

You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7.

This is the screen I'm on. I'm pretty sure the other numbers are 0 (no kids, no "federal earned income" as far as I know, and no refundable education for 2018), but I have no idea what my 2018 federal refund was (I know which hundreds it was between, but that's about as close as I can get).

2018 was not done with TurboTax, this is my first year using this service.

This is my first year using TurboTax. I used Jackson Hewitt at a previous employer's location last year and all of the information was handed to me in hard copy (paper) form. I never created an account with them as everything was handled face to face.

If you do not have a copy of your 2018 tax return you can obtain a copy of either your tax transcript or complete copy of your tax return from the IRS. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for additional information and instructions:
