I am so confused this year on my taxes everything looks completely different. I don’t even know what I did and I don’t know if I submitted the refund on the app? It’s saying I can’t clear and start over.

You can only use the clear and start over feature as long as you have not submitted payment, registered, or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund. If you are unsure if you submitted your tax return, you can check the e-file status by following the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ: How do I check my e-file status?
