You can't ...

TurboTax will be offering a refund advance  —but not until January.  And you do not get the money until the e-file has been ACCEPTED by the IRS.   You also have to agree to receive your refund on the prepaid TurboTax Visa.

The 2020 tax return has to be completed and filed before you could be eligible for a refund advance.  You cannot file a tax return without a W-2 if you are employed and receive income from your employer.

Go to the TurboTax website for refund advance information - https://turbotax.intuit.com/refund-advance

Employers have until the end of January to issue a W-2.  You cannot complete your tax return correctly until you have your W-2.  The refund loans are not available until you can e-file  completed tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS.  The IRS will not begin to accept returns until late January.
