if you used the desktop app for 2022 and did not make an offline backup of the file then there is nothing that can be done to retrieve that file. Turbotax does not have copies of returns done with the desktop app.
you can request a copy of your 2022 tax return from the IRS using form 4506 for which there is a fee

or you can access a transcript online or get it in the mail by filing form 4506-T - free

in the future, after your return is accepted make an offline backup of the xxxx.tax20xx file and also save a copy as a PDF also with an offline backup.
if you used online access your account used to prepare the 2022 return. you can upload the xxxx.tax2022 file to your computer.
in either case, you'll need to buy the desktop app to finish your 2023 return. online prep and e-filing are permanently closed for 2023. so it will have to be printed and mailed.
