Yes, if you selected the Turbo Visa Prepaid Card as your refund method your tax refund will be deposited to the card once your tax return has been processed. Once you receive the card in the mail, please be sure to follow the activation instructions to activate the card. This will allow the refund to deposit to the card once processed.
