I don't have 1098 form or bank acct. info, what do I do or enter??

What are you trying to enter?

What are you trying to do?   You could have a 1098 from a lender for mortgage interest paid, a 1098E for student loan interest paid, or maybe a 1098T for tuition paid-----which are you asking about?   If you have none of those documents then you skip past the questions about them or say no when asked on the screens if you have them.

And.....what are you trying to do in regard to banking information?   If you do not have a bank account for direct deposit of your refund, then you can choose to receive a check mailed to the address on your tax return instead.
