You can also try to track it on the IRS Website. 

You can also check with your financial institution to see if your refund has been received in your bank account if you have chosen direct deposit.

It usually takes a few days for the IRS to accept or reject your return if you have e-filed it. If you send it in by mail, it could take weeks for them to do so. If you efile you will get an e-mail from turbo tax when it is accepted.
