I do not have my tax paper's from 2015 and did not use this laptop when I filed thru Turbo tax and need that info to finish up 2016 tax return

Hi, in this case you have two options. You can recover the account you used last year or you can request a transcript of last years taxes from irs.gov.

To recover last years account:

• go to TurboTax.com.
• Click Sign In
• Click I forgot my User ID or Password.
• Enter the user ID or Email address you used for your account last year. You will be sent a link to recover the password on your account.

If you no longer have access to the email address :

• Go to TurboTax.com
• Click Sign In
• Click I forgot my user ID or Password
• Select I don't know my email address or user ID.
• You will need to enter your Last name, Date of birth, Social Security Number, and Zip code.
• click continue
• Click Let's try something else.
• Complete all the blank fields and answer the security questions. This will give you access to the account.

To reguest a transcript form irs.gov:

• Go to https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
• Select Get transcript on-line.
