I didnt get federal refund since I made so much in 2022

Do you have a question?  If you made more money in 2022 that can cause you to be in a higher tax bracket which can have you paying more taxes.

I made 27k and says that I owe $18 tax which already taken out the bank. Theres should be refund on that amount money I make that year.

No one here can see your information or has access to it.  You can go back through your return to see if there is anything entered correctly.  Other than that, if enough taxes were not taken out of your paycheck, then you will owe taxes.
