I didn't want to do an amendment, I just wanted to add a 1095-A to see how to fill out a form8962 due to the IRS wanting it and a copy of the 1095-A

I did not add it prior to sending my taxes in so they sent me a letter and I didn't know how to fill it out so I thought I could go thru the steps of doing an amendment but not sending it thru but I think I did. is there a way to find out if it sent it or not
