I DIDN'T HAVE A 1095-A FOR YR 23 BUT I DID IN YR 22. CAN I ADD THOSE FIGURES IN ON THIS YEARS FILING?

I didn't file last year but I had a 1095-A. However, I did not receive a 1095-A for 2023. Can I add 2022 figures to this years tax filing?

No, don't include 2022 tax forms on this return. If you did not receive a 1095-A for tax year 23 - answer NO to the Did you have Obamacare or receive a 1095-A in 2023 question.
