I did some taxes but for some reason I can not open them and ask me to update I tried and I can not update when i saw that i reinstall the su

 I did some taxes i did not finish because i had a problem to update i need re install the software again but those taxes i complete them and submit them to IRS COOL IRS accepted them but those taxes did not process the refund what could be the problem

Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.
