I did my taxreturn on 5/6/20 and I made a mistake by choosing "No,I did not have coverage for whole year". Now, I owe 521$ for state

I did this mistake on "About Your Health Insurance" part of completing W2 form and other information. Please help me to solve this

To make changes or corrections to your return, you will need to Amend.

I need to amend my State Tax. In order to do that I guess I need to send to New Jersey state my amended doc. However, I have already got my federal income and haven't get my state refund due to my owe. How can I fix my form? I found 1040-X form and should I fill the form and post it to the New Jersey office?
