I did my taxes with Turbo Tax the last few years. I need a copy of my taxes for both federal and state level. I am unable to find them on Turbotax.com. What should I do?

Use the same account and user ID--did you forget how to access your account(s)?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Note:  Every year, before mid-October, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a tax file and pdf, too.  That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, next year’s tax return, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation (and expense)  to get it.

It depends.

Are you logged in using the same username as your used in the past? Please see the following link to determine if this is what is happening with your return.
