Are you sure you are getting a refund? There has never been an option to choose the day you will receive your refund. But you could choose the day for the IRS to take money OUT of your bank account to pay tax due. Look at your Form 1040. Is there an amount on line 23?

Now that it is Feb 3 has anything happened? The only time it should ask you for a date is for when to PAY a Tax Due. Not when to get a Refund. Are you sure you don't owe the IRS? Do you have an amount on your 1040 line 20 or line 23?
